I have happily been using this product for years but lately I am interested in the actual B vitamin content of the yeast. My goal is to understand what foods I need to include in my diet to get the various B vitamins so I can stop or reduce using supplements. This product does not seem to publish this information. Any comments would be appreciated.

Moringa is amazing stuff, tastes awesome in smoothies (similar to Greens+) and I’m cleansing and finding it helps me a ton in ways not listed like with digestion and blood pressure. Great deal on this product from RealRawFood, highly recommended product!
