We don\u2019t have a definite cut off time to ensure your order is shipped out that day, though if your order has been placed before 10:00 a.m then the chances are good it will go out that day. We try our best to push out as many orders as we can before our couriers show up for pick up, which is usually between 12-2 p.m.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve noticed an error in your shipping address please notify us ASAP. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday, your order will go out the following business day.<\/p>\n

Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance. Once you have the products you would like in your shopping cart you can calculate the shipping on the checkout page, before finalizing your order. Then you will be able to choose from the list of shipping options.<\/p>\n

If you need to add any special shipping instructions please do so in the second address line of your address on the checkout page.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you only have a P.O. Box (no physical address) please choose this option. You may also want to choose Canada Post if you will be away during the day and there is nowhere safe for your order to be left. Canada Post will then put a slip in the mail for you to pick up your package at your local post office.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
