Products are eligible for return within 14 days from the delivery date. You may return unopened packages for a full refund – less shipping, handling and processing fees. If the package has been opened\u00a0 it is no longer eligible for return.<\/p>

You can ship the product back yourself or have us send you a return shipping label and we will take the cost off of the refund. You will need to have the product(s) packaged well in a box to avoid breakage.<\/p>

Please make sure to include your full name and order number in the package. Once we have received the item(s) we will then make arrangements for your refund.<\/p>
